Hi there! I'm a passionate Senior Technical Product Owner (CSPO®) with a solid background in computer science and international experience, having worked with diverse and multicultural teams. Currently, I'm a Platform Product Owner at Straumann Group, a leading Medical Equipment Manufacturing company based in Basel, Switzerland. My journey through various corporate environments, from Big Tech to startup-like companies, has given me valuable insights into real Product Management. I've learned to navigate fast-paced settings where quick go-to-market strategies and early value delivery are crucial, as well as large corporations where scalability and long-term robustness are key. I began my career as a software developer in the Large Format Printing R&D Lab at HP before transitioning to Product Management, where I started collaborating with B2B strategic partners and integrating their assets into our products, always maintaining that dev perspective (essential for a technical Product Manager). What truly drives me is interacting with people, maximizing team potentials, and achieving company goals efficiently.
