As a Senior Product Owner for Lotteries Domain at Lottoland, a Gaming&Gambling company based in Gibraltar, I have gained extensive experience in product management, platform development, and team leadership. My role includes the following responsibilities:

• I ensure that the critical business areas of our company have a robust, high-performing, and fully functional platform that meets the needs of internal stakeholders.

• Successfully migrated our old architecture to a new distributed one, satisfying company OKRs while continuing to deliver our core products and services.

• Responsible for adapting our current products to comply with the different countries' regulations, ensuring they remain compliant.

• As the product-responsible of 2 agile teams, I use Scrum on one team while using Kanban on the other, ensuring smooth team workflows.

• In addition, I lead the Diversity and Inclusion Company team in our Málaga office, actively contributing to our Company Ambassador's initiatives.

Through my experience as a Product Owner, I have gained a deep understanding of product development, platform architecture, and project management. I am passionate about working with cross-functional teams and leveraging my skills to drive the growth and success of our company.

Main responsibilities:

• Continuously improving our Product, managing business expectations and making sure I prioritize the right thing at the right time
• Being Lotteries product-responsible of 1 agile team, managing back-office/platform and critical business areas in our company
• Acting as primary communicator between main stakeholders, B2B and Agile Delivery Team
• Using Product Management Data Tools (i.e Amplitude, MicroStrategy and GoogleAnalytics) to ensure decisions are fully data-driven and are really contributing to our product's success.

During my college years, I was working in this association in my free time, enabling the students from my University to have an international working experience abroad. I'm a passionate Senior Product Owner (CSPO®) with solid background in computer science and abroad working experience, cooperating with several diverse and multicultural teams. I'm currently working in Platform Product Management in Lotteries vertical at Lottoland.

Working before for a Big Tech and moving to a smaller company afterwards has given me the chance to experience what real product management is, collaborating closely with both customers and internal stakeholders and shipping value that really matters to them.

My colleagues see me as the catalyst between technical and non-technical, fostering collaboration between Delivery, Engineering and Product. During my first career years I worked as software developer in the Large Format Printing RnD Lab for HP, jumping later to Product Management collaborating with B2B strategic partners and integrating their assets in our products. 

What really drives me is people interaction, taking the most out of the team to achieving company OKRs, maximizing the value earlier in time. I’m also leading the Diversity and Inclusion Company team in our Málaga office, actively contributing to our Company Ambassador's initiatives :)
