Included conducting research and writing a thesis on how to improve the employer branding strategy, as well as implementing the recommendations from the thesis.
Additionally, I organized a three-day Business Course and was involved in the selection process of the participating students.

Integrand is a student foundation that aims to become the largest professional network of students in the Netherlands by connecting ambitious students in an accessible and personal way. 

This involved organizing networking events, in-house days, and training sessions for students, as well as facilitating internships and part-time job opportunities. Through my work at Integrand, I gained valuable skills in communication, leadership, and event management

I am guiding first-year students in their semester-long project called 'The Junior Consultant', where they write an advisory report for an existing company. I provided advice on how to improve their research, analysis, and presentation skills. including reviewing their work and ensuring that they met the project's requirements.

I enjoy working with driven people, perhaps influenced by my own top-level sports background (rowing). It's no coincidence that I work in the challenging world of Venture Capital. Investing in early-stage software founders who want to scale fast and do good for the world. Proud and humble to play a role to turning the ambitions and dreams of founders into reality.

My strengths are opportunities spotting, results-oriented and always striving for the win-win.
