I used to come to my CEO days in a comfy lounge set; which is totally fine to do by the way.  Then I noticed that when I would dress like the CEO I am, I carried myself different.  I made decisions differently.  I even attracted prospects to talk to me at the coffee shop!!  

So now, 9/10 times you'll find me showing up as the CEO that I'm feeling and believing that I am.  It's reflective in the red lipstick I wear to the bold outfit that I have on.  And baby...let me tell you, it makes a difference.

As a social seller, your job is to build that psychological safety so that your cold leads want to talk to you.  

You do that by:

-Let them come to their own conclusion of who you are based on your content and profile
-Listening to their behavioral cues

🙃 If you didn't know, people on threads really hate LinkedIn.  

I know, I'm preaching to the choir here. So I came to a realization that a lot of people dislike LinkedIn for these reasons:
-The broskis who are cold pitching have left a nasty taste in their mouths
-Everyone here is a "thought leader" with very vanilla, cookie cutter thoughts.
-Either someone's complaining about something OR
-They're THRILLED about something
-Ultimately, they just don't know how to use LinkedIn.

I'll be the first to admit it - I'm not on LinkedIn for my health.  I'm on LinkedIn to:
-Connect and convert my 1st degree connections into ideal prospects
-Find profit-sharing partners
-Build a community of like-ambitious entrepreneurs
-Say what I wanna say, how I wanna say it, to whom is willing to listen to me (obvi, as a tactful person)

So, you cannot tell me you believe YOUR NETWORK IS YOUR NET WORTH if you're also hating on LinkedIn...the math ain't mathing, gf...
