"Your videos look like they take a long time to make" I get 1-10 leads/post from ~40 mins/video To me, that time commitment makes sense. You may look at 40 minutes and say "That's way too long" The cool thing though Is that video is so much more than lead gen (although it's great for that too) Sure, I'm biased And no, it won't be this fast for you at first. But I've noticed the trust effects compound over time. For example 6 months ago I was broke. Like, I couldn't afford groceries broke. But within 6 months of posting videos, I: → Landed dream $1B clients → Got invited to massive conferences → Started saving up for a home and family Video isn't just a lead gen tool. It's an opportunity maker. Now instead of sending 100s of cold DMs and getting a few responses here and there I get to film videos And attract dream clients. The more videos I film → the easier lead gen becomes Because people look at my previous work and trust me way faster. And it's way more fun. (I'll put my exact 4-step video creation system in the comments) 🧙♂️ ps - Want to use these exact systems to get predictable demand in 120 days or less? 17 videos → $70k+ in revenue for our client High-converting content needs 6 things: Last Thurs + Fri, I spoke with 6 founders on our waitlist Their main pain: "I want to make LinkedIn videos, but don't know how to turn my ideas into videos" Which is fair. But it's also incomplete. For 2 painful years, I created videos that got zero views and literally zero clients. The saucy truth? The problem isn't your content. In my experience, there's 6 parts to converting views into revenue: 1. Fix your messaging ↳ Your ideal clients need to hear their specific problems in your words 2. Optimize distribution ↳ This gets you in front of the RIGHT eyeballs 3. Align your offer ↳ Match your service with what clients actually need 4. NOW you make strategic content ↳ Build the know, like, and trust factors 5. Build nurture systems ↳ Use waitlists, DMs, emails, or workshops 6. Establish clear next steps ↳ Give viewers a specific path forward Content alone doesn't create clients. (otherwise we'd all be rich) But a complete demand system does. Oooooor you can just post and pray... Your choice 🤷♂️ ps - I've officially begun taking calls with folks on our waitlist who may be an awesome fit for our community. Currently, we have 322 peeps on the waitlist. Earlybird bonus ends April 23rd. Shoot me a DM if you're curious.
It's 2025. Social media marketing is 2 decades old. So why haven't you figured it out yet? Well, to put it simply: It's harder than it looks. You've probably tried all the online courses Maybe even a mastermind or two Yet you still rely on referrals and cold outreach. At this point you might even feel like giving up on content. "Once I get more clients, then I'll make more content" And you maaaaaaay get there. if you... → Finally figure out your offer → Stay with the pain of sucking for months/years → Actually take the time to do market research properly ...and then find the time to script + edit your videos. Not impossible. but very very hard (it took me 2 years) OR you can just learn our system. Then do it in 120 days (or less) And you know what's cool? We're literally showing you every step on today's live. If you're finally ready to "figure out content" (from business owners who are currently doing it) join 288 people here in 1hr: https://lnkd.in/gq9RuYGZ
"I don't want to make videos that are cringey" Do you even use Story Frameworks bro? Seriously though, the difference between making random-ass videos that feel weird And making videos that actually convert clients is Story Frameworks. These are what the biggest creators use to write their video scripts And it's why their content actually gets them clients. (I'm not actually exaggerating here) Scripts like: Belief Shifting Scripts What, Why and How Tension-Release Scripts Breakdown Scripts Are proven formulas that actually work over and over. So if you want to learn them for yourself Me and Jenna will be walking through them live :) Plus doing some rad Q&A See you there!
This is the power of video done right. 0 LinkedIn leads in 2024 to his first 100k month. So proud of you Connor ❤️ Enjoy Japan!

This year is wild, man. Studio Lewis just had our first $100k month. The growth was unexpected. But... to be honest... My wheels are starting to fall off. 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲'𝘀 𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸: Fly to key productions. Make my own content. Be active on LinkedIn. Try to build systems. Deliver a workshop. Take a sales call. Deliver ads. Wait the stock market did WHAT? No time- Hit the gym. Cook dinner. Call your mom. Follow-up emails. Do self-development. Onboard someone new. *𝘤𝘢𝘳 𝘤𝘳𝘢𝘴𝘩 𝘯𝘰𝘪𝘴𝘦* I need a break. This isn't an anti-hustle post. This whole year has been soul food. I'm VERY grateful. But I can't forget to take time to reflect, relax, and spend quality time with the person I love. Gotta maintain balance. So here's my OOO message. 𝘏𝘦𝘺 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦, 𝘛𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘬𝘴 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘴𝘦𝘯𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴. 𝘐'𝘮 𝘤𝘶𝘳𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘭𝘺 𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘷𝘦𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘪𝘯 𝘑𝘢𝘱𝘢𝘯 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘣𝘦 𝘣𝘢𝘤𝘬 𝘰𝘯 𝘔𝘢𝘺 1𝘴𝘵. 𝘔𝘺 𝘧𝘪𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘩𝘢𝘴 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘧𝘪𝘴𝘤𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘥 𝘮𝘺 𝘱𝘩𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘐 𝘭𝘰𝘷𝘦 𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵. "I want to make more content, but I seem to always run out of time" Usually, this means your system is inefficient. Because if done right, content actually has a compounding effect. You get faster because you learn... 🥔 exactly how to position your offer 🥔 the exact buying triggers that get people to reach out 🥔 how to repurpose winning ideas All this means LESS time the more you do it So for this live, I'd love to work with ya to figure out why your stuff isn't converting. To save you a boatload of time. If you want me to workshop your stuff, comment here or DM me :)
Sam Browne 🦖 has over 110,000 followers + a multi-six-figure biz. He's officially "cracked the code" on LinkedIn. He's also a student in Video Heroes. Why you ask? That's what we're going to find out. If you want to learn content from one of the best in the game, this is going to be an absolute banger. Expect stupid jokes, silly Q&A, and, as always... mega value.
Ruben Hassid has 523,000+ followers But impressions aren't his #1 metric (say whaaa) There's 3 kinds of metrics you can track: 1. Reach Metrics → Track total impressions across platforms → Measure view-to-follower ratio each week → Monitor audience growth rate month-over-month Collaboration posts multiply your reach without multiplying your effort. 2. Shareability Metrics → Track share-to-view percentage → Pay attention if people save your post → Monitor reshares by industry leaders Two paths to increase shares: → Create ultra-digestible, value-dense content (Charlie Hills is the best on the platform at this) → Share authentic stories for emotional connection (Check out Victoria Blinova's viral hits) 3. Conversion Metrics → Track click-through rates on CTAs → Measure DM/email response percentages → Monitor qualified leads generated per post This is where you demonstrate tangible expertise in 2 ways: → Take people from pain to solution using clear, actionable advice → Show them the gap between their knowledge and your solution Want to see Ruben's #1 metric? Link in comments :) ps - want 3-5 actionable tips/week to make LinkedIn videos that actually attract clients? follow along
It sucks that so many founders feel invisible online. So I spent $40k + 6 mths to build you a system. It's called The Video Launch Funnel. And I learned it by... → Growing from 859 to 9300+ followers → Landing $1B dream clients → Going from broke to 1-10 leads/post ...all in 6 months. Most video folks focus on → Professional Lighting → How to make videos faster → How not to be nervous on camera (I used to be the same tbh) But the problem is, none of these actually get you leads. Sure, they help. But if you don't have: → Awesome messaging + positioning → A rock-solid offer → A battle-tested content strategy → And a LinkedIn Monetization Funnel Unfortunately, your videos won't fly. I learned this the hard way plz don't make my mistakes So for the past 6 months I've been in the trenches working with founders. All to build this system. And now for the first time I'm finally showing it to the world. Join me and my coaches with 20+ years of combined experience Alefiya Khoraki Tom Declat Katy Roberts Taylor Barnes And we'll show you exactly how to get predictable demand in 120 days or less. So stoked to show ya :)
No deep lesson today Here's how Josh Sanders would help Mr.Burns Happy weekend ✌️ ps - This is hilarious because Josh manages one of the largest personal brands in the world (Chris Donnelly) Good to know he's just a funny guy too :)
Think videos take too long? This might help you out. Me and Taylin John Simmonds are gonna break this down Answering questions like: 1. How do you not just create generic crap with AI? 2. What sort of story structures bring in clients? 3. Why is my beard nicer than his? It'll honestly probably be pretty stupid. But you'll probably get a giggle. (And some crazy value) 🧙♂️ ps - Dakota Robertson said he'd be there too (Yup, this is gonna be pretty dumb) pps - Dakota just backed out last minute. Guess you'll just get boring ol me and Taylin
2024: 0 leads from LinkedIn Jan 2025: 3 LinkedIn leads in 7 days this is Connor he had a solid biz but zero LinkedIn traction: → Ran a specialized video ads agency → Had paying clients from referrals only → Posted regularly on LinkedIn with no results → Invested in other programs that didn't deliver → Technical skills were strong, but messaging was weak His biggest frustration: → Feeling invisible despite his expertise → Creating content that nobody engaged with → No system to convert his knowledge into leads → Watching less skilled competitors get more attention This created a credibility gap that made him question if he belonged on the platform at all. So we fixed 3 thangs: Messaging ↓ We reframed his messaging and positioning this helped him communicate his value now his ideal clients take notice. Content creation ↓ We made a simple video scripting process this got rid of "blank page syndrome" and built confidence in his on-camera delivery. Strategy ↓ We replaced random posting with high-converting content that speaks directly to his ideal clients ...aaaaaaaand the juicy results: → Generated 3 qualified leads within first 7 days → Now gets 50% of all new business from LinkedIn → Creates content in batches without overthinking → He's instantly recognized at events as an expert Best part: The system worked without requiring him to create "perfect" content or be someone he's not. (for context, he's a Dungeon Master. So legit.) The main takeaway: Your ideal clients don't care about your content - they care if you understand their specific pain. While everyone obsesses over algorithms and formats, the top dawgs: → speak in their clients' language first → then worry about delivery This is why 90% of "high-value" LinkedIn content generates zero leads. it's solving for visibility, not conversion. But not Connor's 🧙♂️ ps - Want to do what Connor did? Join 307 awesome peeps on the waitlist here → https://lnkd.in/gs9VYgAu (waitlist bonus ends April 23)
Here's the minicourse: https://lnkd.in/g_NkCncw I went from broke to working with $1B brands in 6 mths and I'm giving away how I did it (for free) I've done this despite… → Starting with just 859 followers → Being a farmer, not a marketer ...and going against people who say "video doesn't work on LinkedIn" It's not that video doesn't work. It's that you don't know HOW to make it work So I spent hours 52+hrs creating a free 3-part LinkedIn Video Mini-Course It shows you: The 17 Proven Content Frameworks We've Used to grow from 859-9300+ in 6 mths Our 5 Most Successful Video Types (That got us 18,383,030 impressions in 6 mths) Our Camera Confidence and Filming Secrets We Use to get 1-10 leads per post I rarely do these kinds of posts. BONUS If you repost this within 24 hours, I'll send you a REAL picture of a potato that has literally nothing to do with LinkedIn video. This is a bonus you CANNOT miss 🥔
I was a lead singer in a rock band Then I woke up in my own puke I was 21 Just out of music school Ready to become famous lol Checked everything off the "rockstar" list → Toured the country? Yup. → Late night partying? Yup. → Cheering crowds? Yup. It was great. Problem was... I was horribly depressed. Why? Because it was shallow. I felt disconnected. Directionless. It was fun, sure. But empty of meaning. So I drank (and other things) to cover up the pain And on Thanksgiving Day, 2015 After a particularly rowdy night... I woke up in my own puke. For some folks, this is "all a part of the fun". For me, it made me question everything. I quit music. I became a farmer. I began to meditate. And instead of chasing meaningless attention My focus shifted to 3 things: 1. Buy a home 2. Have a family 3. Spend lots of time with them Now, I don't farm anymore. And sometimes, I still get depressed. But these days, the good far outweighs the bad. Find out what's truly meaningful to you. And don't stop until you have it. It makes life awesome. Promise.
18.4 million LinkedIn impressions in 7 months Using the FART framework: (this is literally my checklist for every video) FAST - Cut the fluff → Start with value in 1 - 5 seconds → Delete awkward pauses in editing (good pacing) → Script tightly - cut all redundancies ACTIONABLE - Make it usable immediately → Answer: "What can they do right after watching?" → Always ground it in examples + real life stories → Give examples that can be implemented today RELATABLE - Connect emotionally → Use real examples with specific dates and numbers → Include your clients' exact words (from sales calls) → Speak to specific problems they're experiencing now (AI Prompt in comments to run sales calls transcripts) THEMED - Stay focused on one topic → Can't explain it in one sentence? It's too complex. → Test with a friend: "What's this video about?" → Wrong answer = rewrite your script If your videos... 🥔 put viewers into a content coma (too slow) 🥔 are too vague to act on (no context) 🥔 are too obvious (not scarce) 🥔 are too scattered to remember (not digestible) ...that's usually when they underperform. Try it out! Full cheatsheet in comments 🧙♂️
I've literally been called a snake oil salesman twice in the past 2 weeks. I make big claims. 6 months. 7 business owners. $230,000+ pipeline. 150+ High Quality Leads. And it's okay, I totally get it. → It takes hard work → It's not for everybody. → We don't have 100% success rate. And honestly, I've also been pretty shitty at announcing this, ngl. See, in Nov/Dec 2024, we began working with 7 guinea pigs They came to us because they didn’t know how to take their ideas and turn them into videos. So, that’s what we helped them with. We taught them: 🥔 scripting 🥔 ideation 🥔 and creative filming techniques The videos did well. More engagement. More inbound DMs. More brand built. What's not to like, right? Weeeeelll, we realized several things while helping these folks: 1. They don’t know how to attract high quality ICP’s 2. They don't want to put out mediocre content 3. They don’t understand why their audience isn’t buying So we went back to the drawing board. How could we ACTUALLY solve these problems? Because videos are awesome for branding and trust building... but we wanted to build an offer with a predictable outcome for our clients. And they want 1 thing: High-quality leads from their content. So we spent $42,000, hired 4 coaches and took 2000+ hours to build... Video Heroes The step-by-step system to: 1. Make repeatable, low-effort content that converts 2. Have clear steps to remove decision paralysis 3. Receive tactical support for video execution 4. Expect predictable leads It launches May 1st. And there's 21 spots left (with 330 on the waitlist) If you want to finally figure out how to get high-quality leads with your content. I can confidently say there's nothing like this out there. Shoot me a DM and I'll happily answer questions :)
Yesterday I hit 10k followers in ~6 months just wanted to say thank you :) No big lesson. Just genuine appreciation. I'm going live in 10 minutes (so sorry if I don't respond to all the comments right away) hope the content can continue to give you laughs + insight You're awesome.
"Whats the difference between LI video and TikTok?" Ademola Adelakun, MBET says you need to go aim for Entertaining + Educational (and I totally agree) But I think there's a lot of nuance to this Because I've seen a lot of folks get it wrong So here's 3 pieces of actionable advice (that I learned it from Tasleem Fateh): 1. Lead with Expertise 🥔 LinkedIn rewards niche expertise, not "funny videos" 🥔 Make sure the keywords on your profile align with this 🥔 Stay firmly within your professional lane Example: I only talk about LinkedIn video, nothing else 2. Give Actionable Advice 🥔 Create content people can use TODAY 🥔 Educational content still outperforms on LinkedIn 🥔 Add clear context with examples and specific stories Example: Now you know to align the keywords on your profile with your content 3. Add Specific Business Insights 🥔 Key word: specific 🥔 Use concrete examples, not vague stories 🥔 Share real numbers + challenges from your business Example: Use "day in the life" or "building in public" videos with actual data Notice how many times I said "specific" in this post? There's a reason for that 😉 Sure, content style is shifting from purely serious to edutainment But the foundation never changes. You don't need to be famous to succeed on LinkedIn. You just need to be specifically helpful in your area of expertise. (full interview with Ademola in the comments)
I just learned I'm #3 in the world for video entertainment behind Mr.Beast and 1 other fellow (on LinkedIn of course) but wow. I'm blown away. Very humbled. Grateful. wow. Thank you.
There will always be haters What they don't see: I have anxiety every time I post I sacrificed everything to get here I work 7 days a week (70-80 hrs total) 6 months ago, I couldn't afford groceries I moved 12 times in 2 years to save on rent It took me over 2 years to get a client online I have no idea what I'm doing, I just figure it out I've never taken on so much risk in my entire life I put in 110% to DM every.single.connection on here (and I often fall short) I'm not complaining. I'm very lucky to be here. But that luck comes from grit. Don't let others tell you how to feel. They don't know what you've been through.
