Whilst Head of Customer Success at series D AI tech company Builderai, I hired a global team of CSMs, managers and and implemented strategy and operations in CS and supported scale, with customers involved in digital transformation. I also supported the implementation of the first technical customer support team and improved the service desk working towards building a great customer experience. Previously worked remotely at Hopin, ranked #1 Fastest start up. One of the founding 6 sales team members, in 6 months we made 20 million; hyper growth learnings. I learned so much and contributed to scale from startup to 1000+ people going through every kind of growth internally with series A to D of investment. Highlights are closing Enterprise customers such as DHL and later renewing them too, alongside NATO, VMWare, and many more meaning I gained deep exposure into every kind of business and the importance of partnership and retention. I became the founding renewal manager supporting the team and processes, then onto leading the Customer Success team, and building a digital and scaled Customer Success motion and customer journey business wide. Enablement, growth, and building teams and processes at a fast pace, with challenges and learning along the way is where I thrive.
