Highlights are closing Enterprise customers such as DHL and later renewing them too, alongside NATO, VMWare, and many more meaning I gained deep exposure into every kind of business and the importance of partnership and retention. I became the founding renewal manager supporting the team and processes, then onto leading the Customer Success team, and building a digital and scaled Customer Success motion and customer journey business wide.
