•	Negotiation of and implementation of Employee Purchasing Scheme for mobile phones/tariffs with company mobile phone supplier, further enhancing the range of employee benefits available.
•	Review and redevelopment of company publications resulting in savings in production costs and improved effectiveness in meeting customer needs
•	Development of Best Practice Guide in communicating with disabled people as well as the introduction of all company publications in alternative formats (ie Braille, Large Print)
•	Increased usage of Remploy Intranet as the preferred employee communication resource from under 1500 hits per week to over 3000

•	Recruitment and development of disabled people within West Midlands South and Birmingham areas with the aim of progression into open employment
•	Employment Consultancy service to Remploy sites covering over 300 employees
•	Process adherence and improvement ensuring best practice service delivery
•	Managing a team of 6 professional staff

Employment Development Manager

•	Recruitment & Selection to Senior Management levels
•	6 months as acting Group Personnel Manager through organisational restructure
•	Facilitation of Continuous Improvement processes
•	Advising managers & staff on a wide range of employment issues
•	Job Analysis and salary benchmarking
