I first came to live in NZ in the early 90's, and after several years back in the UK, returned to NZ in late 2000 to make it my permanent home. Whilst I originally followed my 20 years plus experience in financial services as a credit risk and commercial lending and recoveries specialist, my career transitioned to talent attraction in 2011. Having enjoyed both internal and agency recruitment, I’ve recruited in many sectors including tech, infrastructure, engineering, utilities (Mercury and Vector), financial services and Industry Training/Education. I bring my Senior and GM level commercial experience, clear thinking and intuitive judgement to my roles. I’m an advocate for clear communication, process improvement, all things data, continuous improvement and the learner/client/customer journey. I'm also system savvy, highly organised and have excellent attention to detail.
