Hi, I’m Louise. My greatest strength is my love of learning. Whether it's mastering new skills, diving deep into specific topics, or broadening my knowledge, this passion fuels my journey as a lifelong learner. I'm driven by the desire to not only expand my understanding but also to share what I know with others. Over the years, I've had the privilege of working with some incredible companies, representing fantastic brands. These experiences have ignited my passion for the CPG industry, especially in understanding what makes a shopper "tick." I'm fascinated by the psychology behind shopping behaviors—how we can understand a shopper's mission, help them find what they’re looking for, and even entice them to try something new. Building baskets is my forte. One of my key skills is the ability to translate complex data into digestible insights, resulting in the development of actionable sales plans, and creating winning solutions for retail partners. My disciplined work ethic, keen attention to detail, and passion for mentoring others have driven my success. Teaching was my childhood dream, and I’ve found many ways to fulfill that dream in my career. I’m proficient in various data analytics applications, including Nielsen, IRI, Kantar, Shopper Intelligence, Stats Can, and more. I also have extensive experience with retailer-owned data systems and space planning software such as JDA, Nielsen, and Apollo. Of course, I’m also skilled in the Microsoft Office suite. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, kayaking, walking my dog, and catching up with friends and loved ones. I’ve recently embarked on a new learning journey—becoming a Holistic Nutritionist. It’s still early days, but I’m loving every moment of it. I have a deep personal passion for natural, holistic wellness, and I strive to integrate this into everything I do. Post-pandemic, this passion inspired me to create a wellness committee to help my colleagues manage various aspects of their wellbeing. I'd love to share more about this journey when we connect.
