I was brought into the Avrios team pre-series A, to set up a channel sales and partnership strategy. This involved a high degree of autonomy and working closely with all internal teams (marketing, sales, product...) as well as building relationships with key stakeholders from the industry and customers.

Bootstrapped and grew an ecommerce jewellery business into a profitable brand, with 1000s of happy customers and partnerships with several nationwide retailers in Switzerland, including Fizzen. 

Responsible for growth via digital channels, referrals, influencers and the technical implementation of the ecommerce platform.

Hobtime

Hobtime is a social planning startup based in Berlin and Zurich. While studying I joined as the first team hire, tasked with improving the product, finding a better product/market fit, and setting up growth channels.
