I graduated BSIT, major in programming. By the time I finished my degree, I started working in BPO industry. I've learned to enhance my skills in both written and oral communication. I started home based jobs doing ESL projects and soon got the chance to work for an insurance company. I started working for a year as Inside Sales Executive in a company that specialized in lead generation and appointment setting programs. The target was to call residential and business class customers and introduce the products and services offered by the company. I have 5 years of experience in Technical Support for both residential and business class customers, giving support with their High-Speed Internet, Telephone, and cable TV service. I am computer literate and I have very good English written and communication skills. I am good with customer service and I'm open for new learning and trainings.
