With over 40 chapters and 4000 members in the Americas,the Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International (HSMAI) is committed to growing business for hotels and their partners, and is the industry’s leading advocate for intelligent, sustainable hotel revenue growth. The association provides hotel professionals & their partners with tools, insights, and expertise to fuel sales, inspire marketing, and optimize revenue. As a member of the America's Board my role is to develop and execute strategies agreed upon with the Board and HSMAI Headquarters leadership. This includes, membership development, chapter educational support and chapter development.

HSMAI Greater NY Chapter

Under my leadership the amazing volunteers on the board of directors of HSMAI NY won several national awards for initiatives such as Leadership Development, Marketing, Membership Development and Educational programming. 
In my role i was responsible for leading a 12 member all volunteer board of experienced travel and tourism professionals. our leadership team is charged with providing the NYC area hospitality industry with educational and networking opportunities designed to Fuel Sales, Inspire Marketing and Optimize Revenue. The NY HSMAI Chapter is the largest in the world at over 450 members. The leadership team is responsible for producing 12 educational and networking events in NYC per year as well as hosting what is now NY's largest hospitality and tourism networking event the Summer Bash.

My curiosity about technology and ecommerce brought me to join Booking.com 18 years ago. 

The learnings that came with scaling a startup into the global leader in travel have inspired me to help other startup founder teams as a Principal at Ventures Hospitality. 

My passion for human potential mixed with performance grew as I accomplished more as a competitive distance runner. Leading me to my mission creating a Healthspan Startup to help everyone to easily experience optimal healthspan.
