• Redesigned registration flow resulted in a 29% increase in successful registrations   
• Complete redesign of Aetna’s DocFind tool allowed more users to easily find in-network providers near them
• Two new groundbreaking tools, Member Payment Estimator and Price-a-Drug, provided members with real-time, out-of-pocket cost estimates for medical services and prescriptions   
• Aetna’s first mobile app led to expanded access for subscribers and their families   
• Specialty Pharmacy online ordering system greatly reduced the demands on call center    
• Managed UX for the secure integration of third-party products including CVS/Caremark, Carepass, Money2 for Health, Vital Savings, and Ask Ann—providing members with a more complete experience
