I am actively involved in structuring data, contacts, and metrics within the Customer Success department, with the aim of ensuring that our clients achieve the best possible outcomes with our products/services. I am recognized as a go-to person for training and onboarding clients, equipping them with the necessary knowledge to effectively utilize our products. In addition to customer support, I also performed tasks related to software maintenance, installation, database adjustments, and providing guidance and detailed reporting assistance to clients.

I worked as an administrative assistant, handling various tasks such as sales and receipt record-keeping at the cash register. I was responsible for organizing, receiving, and sending documents, as well as managing financial deposits. Additionally, I handled the receiving and inventory management of merchandise, including packaging and preparing items sold through OmniChannel.

After dedicating several years to academic and scientific pursuits as well as exam preparation, I decided to put myself into the job market. These previous experiences have provided me with opportunities to develop skills in effective communication within diverse and multicultural environments, project management, and problem-solving through analytical approaches.
