Some actions realized: 
• We made significant improvements in our marketing campaigns, inserted retry flows into our services and we implemented dead letter queues (DLQ). With these modifications, we reduced lost messages by 70%.

Application Development Senior Analyst

• Development and maintenance of systems and system integrations for a client in the telecommunications industry using Java, Spring Boot, Rest and SOAP APIs , RabbitMQ as message broker, Oracle database, Shell script, WebLogic, Git as control version, some scripts using Groovy and SAS Real-Time Decision Manager (SAS RTDM) to employ innovative interactive marketing tactics and customer experience improvements.

Some actions realized: 
• I created the documentation of the processes involving the SAS RTDM and SAS Marketing Automation system that served as support for any queries and for new team members.
• I conducted training and supported 9 new team members.

• Development and maintenance of desktop applications using Java SE API, Swing API for GUI with Netbeans, PostgreSQL database, JDBC and Hibernate.
• Web application development and maintenance using Java, Java EE, Spring MVC, Java Server Faces JSF, Primefaces, Java Persistence API JPA / Hibernate and Eclipse as an integrated development environment.
• Communication with stakeholders for requirements alignments.
• Backup, modeling, creation of tables, triggers, SQL queries in PostgreSQL database.
• Implementation and support for systems developed or not by Recife City Hall (Department of Health).

Some actions realized:
• Responsible for a less experienced developer from May 2017 to January 2018.
• We developed a Web system for typing health records forms optimized for typists, which exported this data to a centralized system of the Ministry of Health (MS). Motivation for development: Due to the lack of computerization in the Health Department of Recife, home care agents needed to fill out health records on paper, this later needed to be internalized in the MS centralizer, which was not optimized for typists, generating delay and accumulation of health records to be internalized. With the use of the system, a filling process that lasted between 20 and 30 minutes per form became 3 to 10 minutes.
• We developed a minimum viable product (MVP) of an Android application with Java to inform patients about their appointments. Motivation: In public health, when the patient requests an appointment, he enters a waiting list, at the time he needed to call periodically to find out the status of his request. With the implementation of the application, a reduction of at least 50% of calls to the call center was expected.

(Recife Department of Health) – Software Engineer

• Development of desktop applications using Java SE API, Swing API for GUI with Netbeans, PostgreSQL database, JDBC and Hibernate.
• Participation in meetings with stakeholders to understand the requirements.
• Modeling, creation of tables, daily backup of PostgreSQL database using pgAdmin tools.

Some actions realized:
• During this period, I had the opportunity to develop an application that imported external data in CSV and XLS formats, allowing changes and exports. The motivation for creating the application was that data needed to be manually loaded from various sources into spreadsheets by more than one employee, increasing the possibility of errors and the cost of this process. As a result, after delivery, a process that required a mere 2 days and several people turned into a 1-person process with an average duration of 40 minutes.
