My responsibilities included Social Media Management, Content Creation, and European Customer Service, all of which enhanced my skills in international marketing and customer engagement. Subsequently, I joined NTT Data, contributing as a support engineer (L2) for Automotive company. Here, I delved into Incident & Problem Management, automated manual procedures, and managed various systems like Microsoft Dynamics NAV and alarm monitoring. My role also encompassed client and stakeholder management, enhancing my abilities in Unix shell scripting, Oracle SQL developer, and analytics. Currently, I am an Account Cloud Engineer (ACE) at Oracle, focusing on presales and solution engineering for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure IaaS and PaaS pillars in South EMEA. This role involves driving consumption and assisting customers in implementing Oracle Cloud solutions in the most efficient manner possible. In addition to my educational and professional journey, I have earned several certifications, including Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Certified Foundations Associate and Architect Associate, enhancing my expertise in IT Infrastructure Management, Data Management, and Oracle Cloud.
