Expert in credit and financial processes, as well as in the management of innovative projects, 12 years in major banks, a master's degree at MIP in project management, to his credit some experiences as founder of companies and mentor of some projects in the social field. Since 2017 consultant and trainer specialized in project management and finance, I accompany SMEs to define and ground consolidation and transformation projects. Innovation, solid methodologies, and aptitude for bringing concrete results are the distinguishing features of my work, complemented by a great ability to dialogue at any level, from the board of a company to operational line actors. In 2020, I created Referi, a company that develops IoT software in the field of sports to bring the experience of playing as a competitor to everyone, putting myself at the forefront. My ambition today is to enhance my skills in highly complex business contexts with cutting-edge technological challenges, major change processes or value-based projects, so also in the third sector, with managerial roles in finance, innovation, business development, and project management.
