High volume full cycle from sourcing to deal-making EMEA Recruiting at scale, taking care of the end-to-end recruiting process to hire Senior Backend and Frontend Software engineers in Amsterdam for different teams. 

Main achievements:

● +200 outreaches per week generated between 20 and 25 Recruiter phone screens in 2022.

● +80 on-site booked and +80 technical phone screens managed with Hiring Managers across EMEA, US and LATAM.

● 80% offer acceptance rate, setting the highest KPI standard for the EMEA region.

● Organizing the first  physical recruiting event in Amsterdam with +30 software engineers and a 100% attendance rate.

● Managing the sourcing strategy, location and cost planning with a team of corporate event specialists based in the United States and Australia.

● Data driven dashboards creation via GEM used to monitor the impact of the entire EMEA Tech Recruiting team showed on a weekly basis to Hiring managers (based in the US and LATAM).

During the seventh edition of Next Generation, the event organized by Giffoni Innovation Hub, immersed in the atmosphere of the 51st edition of Giffoni Film Festival, I had the pleasure to manage a team of 17 young guys from Italy, under 30 years old with different backgrounds who worked on three different briefs proposed by ENI, Deloitte, and Sammontana.

Durante la settima edizione di Next Generation, l'evento organizzato da Giffoni Innovation Hub, immerso nell'atmosfera della 51esima edizione del Giffoni Film Festival, ho avuto il piacere di gestire un team di 17 giovani ragazzi italiani, sotto i 30 anni con diversi background che hanno lavorato su tre diversi brief proposti da ENI, Deloitte e Sammontana.

● Acquire, manage and retain new Restaurant Partners for UberEATS;

● Be the first point of contact with the potential partners in the North Italy; 

● Account management to improve the overall partner's performances;

● Leverage prospecting and relationship-building skills to create partnerships with Italy's best restaurants;

● Manage contract negotiations and handle objections, turning cold leads into potential customers via phone;

● Responsible for the business development in Napoli area and in charge of the launch from remote of small and medium-sized cities in southern Italy;

As part of the 50th Giffoni Film Festival, I took part in the 'Next Generation' event for the third year running. 

This year I coordinated the work of the 15 young people who were selected to design new solutions to serve BAYER Italia and BPER Banca.

During the fifth edition of Next Generation, the event organized by Giffoni Innovation Hub, immersed in the atmosphere of the 49th edition of Giffoni Film Festival, I had the pleasure to support an international team of 11 young guys from Italy, India and Colombia who worked on a specific brief proposed by Toyota.
