I lead a Brazilian brand and am a member of GLA | Growth Leaders Academy, a program that accelerates the development of marketing and growth leaders. I have an MBA in Marketing Management and several specializations and certifications in digital media and marketing strategies, growth marketing, strategic management and team leadership. I have more than a decade of experience in marketing, covering different areas and sectors. My passion is finding the best strategies to drive scalable and sustainable growth with the best experience, leveraging data, media and CRM. In my current role, I am responsible for brand management, optimization, diversification and growth of marketing channels for relationships with project stakeholders and proprietary events. I also implemented, developed and optimized the company's entire data management and CRM system, structuring flows for all customer touchpoints to better understand their journey with the brand, gamification and personalization. As a result, I achieved significant improvements in engagement, retention and conversion rates across multiple platforms and channels. I am restless and constantly seek new knowledge, I love leaving my comfort zone and expanding my horizons. I value the opportunity to meet new people and expand my networking and knowledge, as I believe that professional growth does not happen in a vacuum.
