I am Part Owner and Managing Partner of the Express Employment Professionals of Forest Lake Minnesota Franchise. My Why: • July 2007 - my child was born. • April 2008 - I finished my service with The United States Navy. (Not a great time to make a career change) • July 2010 - I was so broke I had to go to the food shelf to feed my child. • August 2010 - I met someone who does what I do now in Staffing. They gave me a hand-up, not a hand-out. • August 2017 - I was given an opportunity in the staffing industry with Express Forest Lake. I started at the bottom of our office and worked my way up quickly. I revamped & revitalized our marketing efforts and focused on the applicant experience. • September 2019 - I was promoted to Office Manager. • December 2020 - I was promoted to General Manager. • July 2022 - I was made Partner.
