Recruitment of temporary workers of the agency. Increased the amount of truck drivers placed at our clients and their loyalty.
My main tasks in order to achieve these goals were :
- Sourcing
- Writing and following job offers
- Interviewing candidates
- Testing candidates with personality and skill tests

Placing the right person at the right place was the priority during this internship, in order to reduce staff turnover, absenteeism, and gain clients loyalty.
I was also involved in long-term recruitment and sourcing candidates for schools.
The relationship with clients was most of the time via e-mails or phone calls, starting from the expression of the need to the contract for our worker.
Thanks to this internship, I have worked in a very fast-paced environment (temporary work) with significant responsibilities, in a new area for me (transport and logistics), and thus, I have developed my ability to adapt to lots of situations.
It's also been a very interesting experience for me in order to combine HR and sales in the same job.

Barter Business - Communauté d'affaires et d'échanges B2B

Business development internship during 3 months in two start-ups: Barter Business and Gestes Gagnants. Barter Business is a local social network specialized in barter. Gestes Gagnants is helping small businesses to become more aware of their costs and to improve their performance thanks to its own software: Vigie. During this internship, I have been involved in the design and the application of the marketing strategy of the companies. Moreover, I have created lots of communication tools, used in particular to redesign the website. I was also in charge of event planning and organisation, particularly business meetings. Thanks to the small size of the two companies, I have been involved in lots of different projects helping me to become extremely adaptable and flexible today.
