With more than 8 years of experience at Adobe, I have progressed from a Cloud SME Manager to a Senior SRE Manager, and now to my current role, where I leverage my expertise in cloud applications, operations, and customer success. My team and I work directly with our clients, understanding their business and technical requirements, and translating them into reliable solutions and automation that ensure customer satisfaction and retention. I also supervise and track the progress of multiple global teams and cross-team initiatives, drive backlog planning, dependencies, and priorities, and provide direct customer support as required from a Cloud Operations and Reliability perspective. I am passionate about delivering exceptional service as a trusted advisor and a leader in my field, and I am always looking for new ways to innovate and improve our cloud automation and self-services capabilities.
