Was brought on to fulfil two roles: lead digital communications and CRM strategy across the Executive Education department, and consolidate and drive forward the business case for identifying and acquiring a multi-channel marketing automation tool. My work included: 
 
•	With a focus on enquiry and application conversion – created rigorous reporting to track lead conversion and campaign performance.
•	In-depth review of current processes and systems followed by a refresh of the CRM strategy and instilling a KPI approach to all digital communication.
•	Engaged in a pragmatic cross-company evaluation of CRM and digital communication processes and constructively challenged IT and Operations on old UX practices, systems and the actual needs of modern digital marketers.

Joined the online side of the luxury fashion brand to advise on CRM and data and help them build their online selling channel. Enjoyed the challenge of working in a different industry with a start-up rhythm and a focus on fast, sustainable growth.

•	Identified the ideal periods for new product launches and sales campaigns through buying trends analysis.
•	Helped create and plan content calendars. On that foundation I’ve build and executed multi-channel comms calendar across web, email, SMS and social.
•	Created and managed automated customer journeys with a focus on recurring and cross category selling.
•	Improved and optimised onsite user experience through the adoptions of martech tools.

Moving from the role of New & Reactivated Player Manager to Senior CRM Manager, I was responsible for all digital customer engagement with the aim of maximising the value and retention of players.

•	Started the transition from the in-house CRM system to Optimove to take make better use of intelligent customer data in segmentation and lifecycle profiling.
•	Create and implement CRM matrices with the use of data and analysis provided by the BI team, to cover all player lifecycles and on site engagement.
•	Liaise with the operations, CS and product teams on a regular basis to ensure that we are effectively driving development from CRM findings.
•	I communicate directly with senior stakeholders on all KPIs (e.g., open/click-through/conversion rates, Lifecycle trends, ROI, etc.).
•	I also manage a CRM Executive and a CRM Assistant (directly), as well as an Analyst (indirectly).

•	Managed all CRM email operations for the company’s seven gambling sites. Prepared email content and template design; collated, measured and analysed results.
•	Responsible for email deliverability, IP reputation and spreading email best practice knowledge inside the company. Implemented Return Path.
•	Organised and executed CRM promotions with a focus on conversion, aiming to get customers from registration to their second deposit.
•	Optimised and implemented customer journeys through email automation and triggered communication.
•	Implemented and managed the in-house built CRM/Campaign management tool.

Marketing Content Controller

•	Drove international customer conversion from registration to sign up from all aspects of the acquisition channels through customer communications, understanding customer journeys and behaviour for Sportsbook, Poker, Casino, Bingo and Games.
•	In charge of all email communication to international territories focusing on conversion. Segments included: registered, active, lapsing or dormant customers in the database across all Ladbrokes products.
•	Mined existing and sourced new lead databases to identify prospects and target through direct acquisition channels; including email, SMS, direct mail, online chat and outbound calling.
•	Implemented and monitored a multivariate test programme across all territories and products.
•	Implemented a platform of regular reporting to identify and monitor conversion KPI’s against budget. Formulated ongoing insight into the various behaviors observed through analytics.
•	Managed existing and set up new pre-welcome journeys across all products and territories. This included the mapping, illustration, set up and measurement of each journey.
•	Monitored customer behavior and tailored timely promotions and triggers to communicate at relevant customer life-stages (i.e. cross-selling, up selling, loyalty).

International Conversion Executive

My passion for CRM comes from understanding it as being the only holistic tool that bridges the gap between customer experience and customer value. The mixture of professional and academic knowledge I have acquired provides me with a data-driven view of how to create insightful customer journey mapping with a multidisciplinary, solution-focused approach.
