- Ensure that the clients and the internal teams have a unified vision of all security services provided.

Some of my daily activities are:
- Communication and principal contact for security topics in the german market (ISO Deputy). 
- Preparation of an anual action plan and presentation of the results at the end of the year. 
- Planification and follow-up of the different IT security processes and tracking of the fulfillment of the KPIs. 
- Planification, supervision and tracking of all of the security architecture projects in the market. 
- Identification and analysis of the IT Risks in the market, as well as implementation of a dashboard to report to the ISO/CIO and headquarters. 
- Preparation and assistance during audits like security audits or corporate audits. 
- Principal contact person for security incidents in the market. 
- Analysis of possible security incidents.
- Implementation of a regular scan (network, servers, clients,...) and analysis of the results obtained, as well as tracking of the resolution of these findings.  
- Coordination of a team of +4 people.

Developing the following activities:
- Security projects for several countries in Mercedes-Benz.
- Focused on the following IT Security processes: web audits, risk analysis and identification, support and analysis of the reported vulnerabilities, security requirements for new applications and support until the go live. 
- Support and tracking of the established KPIs.  
- Security Incidents: response and analysis of results.

The main objective was to support the Director of Strategic Partnerships in achieving its objectives, and especially in the achievement of the following outcomes:

•	Identification of the main professional profiles associated with use of standards and compliance with technical regulations in Companies and Associations / Federations, both at European or national level

•	Development of a training program linked with the above mentioned profiles

•	Identifying and profiling European Associations, Federations and Institutions which may have an interest in CEN and CENELEC products or services

•	Design and initiation of a Technology watch and competitive intelligence system
