•	Developed strategy growing SAP market share in net new accounts and secured two new strategic ERP clients bringing in additional revenue of over $1M.
•	Recovered $750K annually in maintenance service, by negotiating a contracting template with PWGSC and establishing procedures facilitating and managing quick and efficient future procurement.
•	Worked directly with Transport Canada and CRTC management team securing $720K in new business through PWGSC by using the contract template and sole source contract arrangement.
•	Earned strong reputation for providing excellent customer service for external and internal clients; consistently scored an overall average of 85% in Customer Satisfaction survey.

Reporting directly to the Canadian President, responsible for growing the companies’ market share in Ottawa. 

•	Established contracting vehicle securing renewals and new business and retained 100% of install base with BEA technology, allowing potential growth of additional software revenue.
•	Successfully sole sourced National Defence portal contract for the DISB (Defence Information Service Broker) project valued at $750,000 over a 6 month timeframe.
•	Focused on Canada Post existing infrastructure and worked with client to secure a sole source contract doubling our share with the Canada Post Online Portal Project within a year.

Lexmark Canada Inc.

Reporting to National Director of Sales, developed and managed the sales team that market Lexmark's laser printer hardware and print solutions to Fortune 500 and government accounts in Eastern Ontario. Managed direct client and partner relationships. 

•	Grew the territory revenue from $2M to $10M within 5 years. 
•	Sold over 6,000 printers and more than $5M revenue at Canada Post without having to go through an RFP process 
•	Secured the win of 9 of the 10 RVD (Request for Volume discount) in one government year-end achieving 285% of Lexmark plan in first quarter.
•	Challenged procurement process at DFAIT recovering 2 Standing Offers and selling over $4M in printers.
•	Led the sales team to grow from product to solution selling and secured the first “Output Print Managed” contract in a Canadian territory.
•	Grew market share in Ottawa from 2% to 33% for Lexmark Canada.
