My main responsibilities include: 

- Managing the roadmap creation and development of a Wealth Management Core Banking Platform, constantly communicating with developers, SMEs, and designers
- Actively contributing to the Sales and Contract Management workflow of the Cedacri Group, constantly in touch with shareholders and top executives
- Project management activities, including Business Process Analyses, Product Videos, Customer and Market Research

My role as CEO Office allowed me to shadow the CEO in all the aspects of the business, developing a wide variety of hard and soft skills. 

As CEO Office I was in charge of the following projects: 

- Designing data analytics models in Excel to analyse sales data under all relevant dimensions (i.e. products, channels, geography, selling agents), and projecting those data in order to gather information about future trends
- Establishing a concrete sustainability (ESG) plan, along with all the steps for its implementation
- Designing Excel models for wharehouse management
- Acting as in-house legal counsel for legal matters, including the revision of legal documents
- Managing and improving financial reporting models
- Analysing accounts receivables and studying a new credit policy to be applied for the future
- Helping the CEO with due diligence related to potential M&A Deals
- Collaborating with the marketing team to improve our value proposition and design a beauty product line targeting a new client segment

I covered the role of Teaching Assistant for the whole SIAT Master: Base, Advanced and Data Science Modules. I was in charge of overlooking the IT Facilities and allowing the interaction between online students and teachers. I also took charge of customer service, reporting criticalities and possible solutions.

As part of my experience, I worked as contributor and translator for SIAT Mag, the official SIAT review

I hold two Master Degrees Summa Cum Laude, one in Law and one in Finance, and my experience spans significant roles in Tech/Fintech, PE/VC and Financial Advisory. 

As a co-author of "Permanent Capital: The New Frontier of Private Equity," (published by Gruppo 24Ore) I explored the quantitative and fiscal dimensions of Carried Interest within Permanent Capital structures.
