👋 Hey, thanks for stopping by, I’m Lucy. Current HR Administrator at Wizu Workspace - an ultra-flexible and tailor-made workspace provider with community at its core. I’m a northern girl born and bred, who is passionate about ensuring businesses work at their top level efficiency, with effective onboarding, training and employee engagement frameworks in place. 👩🏽‍💻 I’ve had the joy of experiencing varied positions across incredible industries, including music and early careers, with roles surrounding Marketing, PR and now HR! 💥 Here are some of my key achievements: • Supported in the creation and building process of Wizu's internal recruitment and onboarding process; reducing the need for email communications by 50% through form creation and streamlined step •Achieved 125k+ LinkedIn organic impressions for Wizu Workspace over 8 months through sales-based campaigns and interactive content that aligned with brand messaging, focused on Wizu's USPs and engaged consistently with clients and followers. • Launched member newsletters for Wizu members that have an average 25% open rate and improves community engagement. • Launched the Journalism Society at Leeds Conservatoire from scratch – I managed a team which grew from 3 to 6 people, hosting engaging workshops and events and published 8 digital magazines in 1 year. • Managed 5 clients (music artists) freelance from brief to campaign execution - achieved 115% increase in social media followers and gained 20 pieces of press coverage. 📚 2024 is proving exciting 10 months in, with two building launches completed and lots of incredible projects in the process! As we progress into the second half of the year, I’m looking to build on my HR and people practice skill sets, taking steps to move forward in my new career in HR. 💭 In my spare time, you’ll find me knee-deep in my Spotify playlists or booking my next gig. Music has been part of my life for as long as I can remember and is something I can't go without.
