With over 15 years commercial experience working both client and agency-side and roles in project/operations/studio management, I'm a well-rounded professional in the creative sphere. In previous years I have run creative studios, large scale productions and managed creative production budgets for big-name clients such as Burberry, Sky, Mercedes-Benz and Deliveroo. After Deliveroo I got the taste for start up life and enjoy the huge learning curve/problem solving challenges that you get when working for a start up which has led me to a broader focus on operations in general. I would say my professional super powers are: - building solid and communicative relationships in my own teams, cross functionally, externally and with senior leaders - being able to jump in to situations and new processes quickly and contribute productively while having minimal impact on the creative process/delivery - enjoying a fast-paced environment under pressure but still remaining calm - being kind and understanding whilst also being constructive I'm always interested in learning more particularly within B2B marketing and operations in general so always free to connect!
