As a mental fitness & empowerment coach I work with mid-career professionals to help them overcome overwhelm, [Re]discover their confidence, rise above perfectionism and self-doubt. As a student affairs professional I strive to identify opportunities and develop programming to enhance the student experience. My background includes over 20 years of experience working with students and at-risk youth; regardless of setting, my objective has always been to empower others and help facilitate their development. As an employment counselor my role was to provide individuals with the resources and skills they needed to become self-sufficient in their job search; within Student Affairs, my role is to coach students through their college and life experiences and assist them with their overall wellness.
