•	Owned and managed the digital rebrand plan and successfully brought the software back to market under a new brand 
•	Marketing lead for pricing project, moving away for add ons to bundles, in line with the SaaS best practice
•	Brought inbound marketing to Advanced and achieved 100% inbound leads
•	Owned Hubspot and successfully migrated to Marketo and Salesforce, in line with Advanced's processes with no disturbance to the business or inbound flows
•	Owned the SEO and paid media strategy including managing agency relationships. Successfully transitioned 100% of Google ad conversions from brand to 100% non-brand keywords – extending brand awareness
•	Owned, managed and executed the paid social strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook and Instragram, after bringing the management in house, seeing a 50% increase in MELs
•	Owned, managed and executed the CRO plan including A/B tests for two websites
•	Owned, managed and executed email automation via Marketo, nurturing leads through the funnel. Launched a concept on ‘Early Stage MEL’ into the business after assessing the conversion rates
•	Report monthly on channel performance and marketing funnel

Senior Digital Marketing Executive

Responsible for the global demand generation strategy for the Application Modernisation business unit and accountable for the numbers.

- Report pipeline and ROI monthly to the senior leadership team
- Manage day-to-day tasks for one marketing executive
- Owned the marketing plan including digital, content and campaign tactics

Campaign Manager

- Planned and executed a 1:1 ABM campaign - the first in Advanced's history - delivering a £3 million pipeline which is still active in 2023 due to the nature of the sales cycle. 
- Rebranded 'Modern Systems' to Advanced including building a new sub-domain from scratch
- Responsible for all marketing campaigns and ensuring they deliver results

Senior Field Marketing Executive 

Responsible for all demand generation activities for Application Modernisation across EMEA and North America. 

- Planning and running the marketing campaign plan, ensuring there is enough and appropriate activity to meet targets
- Running marketing automation campaigns via Marketo and Salesforce which are targeted by persona and are relevant depending on the stage of the buyer journey
- Working closely with the Business Development team to ensure MELs convert to MQLs
- Working closely with the Sales team to ensure MQLs move through the funnel
- Reporting on the marketing funnel and key KPI's
- Responsible for running events and webinars across EMEA and North America including logistics, promoting the events and follow up
- Responsible for digital marketing ensuring keywords are appropriate, buyers are finding the content they want on the website, ensuring we are posting enough appropriate content to help us rank for keywords
- Responsible for the integration and rebranding of acquisitions in the Application Modernisation space
- In 2018, I achieved 200% of SQL target for Application Analyser and 116% of SQL target for Application Modernisation

Field Marketing Executive

In my role at Advanced, I am responsible for organising a number of internal and external events. Throughout my time at Advanced I have:

- Organised the company's calendar of trade show events which ranges from London Law Expo to HR Software Show. I have designed the stand to ensure we stand out from competitors, organised the logistics of the events, marketed events and organised follow up after the events. 
- I have helped ensure we are paperless at events to fit with the company's digital ethos. 
- In October 2017 I organised a two day customer conference in which 1000 people attended 104 sessions. I was responsible for the logistics of roomings, exhibitors, speakers as well as marketing the event. 
- In November 2017 I organised the company's first partnership at the CBI Conference to help improve the brand image. 
- I am responsible for a number of different budgets including the events total budget and each individual events budget.
- Organised our annual customer conference, Advanced World, which saw 1,000 delegates attend a one day event. I was responsible for on-boarding partners and organising the exhibitoon

Events Executive

- Responsible for the opening and closing of the store
- Responsible for ensuring that the team are using their time effectively and always have something to do
- Cash handling by being responsible for cashing up at the end of the day

- Dealing with any issues/questions customers may have
- Successfully ran a hoodie sale with an increased 200 sales in one day

-Providing excellent customer service to ensure customers are completely satisfied, which has been proven through our monthly service scores with an increase from 76%-80% in my first month.
-Having a day to day impact on the costs of running a business, for example I got the branch a £2 profit per car for fuel, which is one of the biggest costs in the business.
-Helping to run efficient operation logistically, ensuring cars are ready on time for customers to collect.
-Account manager for 6 local accounts.
-Set up a new account which started to rent cars weekly. 
-Responsible for organising damaged cars- writing reports, filing reports, shopping cars, chasing up other branches to log damage on a car. 
-Responsible for speaking to insurance companies on a daily basis to ensure they were paying for cars. 
-Chasing up outstanding invoices and ensuring local accounts were paying them every month.
