People look at me and think I am naturally super confident. I'm not. Like most people, when I present myself to the world, I want to make sure that I remain socially, emotionally and professionally safe. To do that I often slip into the common trap of carefully curating what others see and read about me. Sound familiar? But don't let the absence of cracks and shadows make you think that they don't exist. I am exceptionally good at connecting with and supporting people with confidence and imposter syndrome challenges for a good reason; I have a lifetime of debilitating personal experience. Fuelled by my desire to find reprive from my own constant mental assault, over the years I have harvested incredibly powerful tools, techniques, knowledge and experience as well as multiple qualifications and endorsements in the area of confidence development.
