- Customer advocate ensuring that Teamable is designing, testing, refining, delivering and marketing experiences customers actually want to have.  

- Work with the company's senior and executive leadership to define, launch and drive strategic and operational CS initiatives.

- Work closely with leads to deliver strategic insights, provide solutions to challenges and recommendations on segmentation, customer lifecycle mapping, engagement models, and product roadmap based on business analyses.

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in developing market and competitive intelligence, establishing tools and systems, key organizational metrics, and architecting and executing other operationally strategic projects.

- Identify gaps and propose changes to existing policy, systems and process frameworks; develop scalable customer success solutions and work to manage risks across the organization and develop best practices.

-  Serve as the voice customer to communicate product improvements or new product ideas to the product management team.  

-  Lead the post-sales customer lifecycle after a sale is made, from onboarding, adoption, advocacy, renewals, and minimizing churn.

-  Identify customers ready for expansion and upsell and communicate these with the sales team.  

-  Own key customer metrics such as NPS and usage metrics and communicate findings to the rest of the team.

-  Manage the customer support team.  Within 90 days of hire, I improved the first response time for Customer Support from 78 hours to 14.5 hours.
