MOPS is either creating your first marketing plan, or tidying up what’s already working and adding in smart extras that make a difference to your results. Working in 90 day sprints, each MOPS plan takes you a stage further with your marketing and sales. From pre-launch plans, to pilots, to scaling your sales, we’ll focus on what needs to happen next. Having worked with start-ups through PLCs, I haven't run out of marketing ideas yet. And while I have an MBA that I thought I needed, it's the many (almost 30) years of experience in software, SaaS and Professional service marketing that helps me see the wood for the trees. I’m not saying I’m old… but I do remember Google in Beta and my job being to write the words on the outside of software boxes! So the approach to the market is always the same - find the people and organisations with the problem you solve, and tell them how you can help. Most importantly I love making things work better. I combine my experience with a big dollop of intuition and the ability to 'see' what's missing. That then goes into proven plans and go to market strategies and we have your ideal MOPS. I can be blunt, but that often helps ‘dump’ things that are a distraction.
