•	Strengthening of alternative channels (as exposed below) to ensure main objectives’ targets, especially in lending part and new clients’ acquisition.
•	Deeply involved in the integration project within Retail banking as per the acquisition of Societe Generale Expressbank by the leading bank in Bulgaria DSK Bank, OTP Group ownership

At headquarter level:
* Initiate, develop and strengthen the alternative channels (than standard network) to increase retail business for individuals clients through synergies/B2B with medium and large corporates, real estate agencies, credit consultants etc.
* In charge of investment products offer and the set-up of all support means to achieve commercial targets on Bank's level for such range of products such as trainings to branch network, meetings with clients and marketing supports

Enabling the implementation of Soufflet Group's new trade start-up in Bulgaria. 3 intensive months achieving transversal bold goals: 
• Strategy definition according to local market particularities and Group model
• Set-up of company fundamentals – office location, support functions’ creation and implementation (legal, accounting, finance, marketing, logistic)
• Team and sales policy building – market analysis, budget setup, profiles selection and recruitment, starting products’ range and commercial policy definition, training organization and accounting of first sales

Within the Corporate division: 
* Implementation of a new driving activity for the Bank in 9 months - Global Transaction Banking (GTB): set-up of the unit, development of the dedicated offer, monitoring 
* Strengthening of GTB business activity from both external and internal perspectives: participation to international and national RfP’s (respectively 16 and 8, from which 11 won), multinational/local large corporates partnerships’ enhancement through set-up of tailor-made solutions, internal change management and promotion of the new offer & services 
* Relationship manager in charge of a MNCs/local largee corporates portfolio: recruitment of prospects, daily business customers’ support, financing products offering (trade finance, financial markets solutions, WCF, IF…)

Within the Individuals department, functional support to offices for Private Banking customers:  
* Product Manager: creation, development and diversification of Club Prestige offer (daily banking, deposits and loans products); extension of local investment solutions thanks to the creation and implementation of a dedicated business line; selection and training of a 15-member staff on a national scale 
* Offices’ Supervisor: establishment and development of 6 offices in Bulgaria; support, animation and monitoring for offices to reach annual business targets; supervision of tailor-made solutions upon individual request; Private Banking customers relationship management at critical moments
