I am passionate about positive societal change and consider myself as one of the many “positive changemakers” out there. Acting, sharing and inspiring for positive change, that’s what drives me on a daily basis. Graduated in Multilingual Communication & International Relations, I have had the opportunity to build extensive experience in Corporate Communication (internal/external/crisis comm) both at consultancy and industry level. Previous to and alongside my corporate experiences, I have been active in Belgian & European Diplomacy (Bernheim Laureate 2013) and founded the non-profit organization “Belgian Youth Diplomacy”. In my capacity as “One Young World” Ambassador for Belgium, I launched and steered the “Wake Up Call Belgium” civic initiative back in 2012 calling upon the Belgian governments to review our educational system by introducing the obligation to learn our national languages. In 2020, I decided to embody change myself & become a part-time language teacher (Dutch/English), first in a French-speaking secondary school in Brussels, then as a professor at University College EPHEC. I have been combining since then my passion for education with my passion for impactful communication. In 2021, I got selected to be part of the Belgium’s 40Under40 initiative, joining a diverse community of 40 talented emerging leaders. In need of inspiration?
