My role is twofold: I am responsible for the Sales and Marketing areas. In Sales, we have a specialist sales team and consultants to understand the specific needs of the client and choose and adapt the best solution. In Marketing, we have designed a go to market and marketing plan based on an inbound brand positioning strategy and launch solutions with SEM and SEO actions; and also an outbound strategy to capture leads.

We created the company starting from a basic solution and we defined the minimum viable product to be able to fit it in the "early adopters" and companies that take the RGPD and data security seriously. My role as co-founder was to lead the sales, marketing and operations of the company in all the projects we carried out. We mainly work on SEO and SEM together with a new new corporate page together with a powerful outbound campaign to capture leads. We got excellent references, among which are some Ibex35 companies.

And for this we rely on the knowledge and experience of our Group with Sum Talk (STD), Sum Digital and Sum Broker and more than 25 years transforming ourselves with our Clients.

I have created and directed this company from scratch defining the solutions and looking for the specialists to be able to offer them. Technology is essential to make the company more efficient and in this case we develop technology to improve knowledge and interaction with the end customer consisting of:
- Data analytics and big data solutions to get the most out of sales, process and customer information.

In the last year, I have been part of the Global Strategy division reporting to its President and representing Portfolio area and Europe region in order to launch the new strategy called Cloud of Clouds and based on London.

albura was the telecommunications operator of Red Eléctrica de España, taking advantage of the network to be able to deploy fiber to offer wholesale communications services.

I was Marketing Director and responsible for the portfolio of solutions with a team of product managers and the communication strategy.

albura was integrated into ya.com (Deutsche Telekom) and subsequently acquired by Orange.

Iberbanda

Iberbanda was a telecommunications operator licensed by LMDS to offer telecommunications services in the 3.5 Ghz band. It emerged as an alternative to Satellite and ADSL. Finally I was acquired by Telefónica.

My role was responsible for Marketing within the company, designing the entire portfolio of access solutions and the positioning and communication strategy.

I was Product Manager of Infonegocio, an absolutely pioneering solution from Telefónica Data Spain that consisted of a combination of ADSL access solutions together with a content portal, all aimed at SMEs in Spain.

I was responsible for the market research, positioning, design and implementation of the solution and I also managed the indirect distribution channel strategy for this solution. We developed the content part with a consulting team from Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).

I had two roles at IBM Global Services just as email and hosting services were just beginning to develop. I was a product manager for IBM's e-business solutions (which came from Global) and I was also an account manager for large accounts.
