I am an Independent Consultant and former Director of Information Technology with over 27 years of experience in delivering strategic value through technological innovation. My mission is to guide global organizations through financial and digital transformation in today's dynamic business world, leveraging my expertise in enterprise technology, ERP, CRM, FinTech, revenue management, SAP, and information technology. Previously, I worked at Google as a Senior Engineering Program Manager, leading the Core PMO for the Order to Cash transformation and managing a team of Program Managers and Engineers delivering the Finance Transformation program. These roles were key to delivering some of Alphabet's most ambitious programs, enhancing my skills in managing large-scale enterprise applications in complex, dynamic, global environments. My leadership in these roles led to measurable results, including a significant reduction in the order-to-cash cycle time and an increase in forecasting accuracy through the implementation of ML-based solutions. In addition, I pursued academic growth, completing a Master's in Management and Systems from NYU and FinTech certifications from UC Berkeley, sharpening my insights into financial technologies, such as payment solutions and ML-based forecasting within enterprise systems.
