Furthermore, I'm leading software development on integrating a SOTA recommender system on the JOGL platform based on Heterogeneous Information Networks that supports diversity and novelty in it's recommendations.  My role is quite hands on, contributing to both the frontend, backend, devops and release management.

Luis is an early-stage specialist with extensive experience in software development, document management, web applications, and artificial intelligence in the French startup scene.  He co-founded Rueil Digital, a local non-profit initiative to to spearhead city-scale digital change in STEAM education and economic growth through public engagement. He also enjoys leading digital innovation initiatives, lean entrepreneurship, and team and network development, as well as serving as a technical and strategic advisor. He also enjoys studying topics in cognitive science, type theory, and the humanities, playing music with his band and spending time with friends and family.
