Let's connect! ------------- More about my story: I may be non-traditional in my story, but I am always centered on wanting to make an impact through community and capacity development. My passions range from Technology, Software Development, Mental Wellness, Human Inclusive Design and Human Rights. I was the 1st ever Program Manager to the 1st ever fully-student run Google Community Leaders Program. Our mission was to combat low rates of digital literacy in New Brunswick - specifically businesses, non-profits and students/educators. My passion mental wellness and disability rights led me to serve on Youth Advisory Board of Easter Seals, one of the largest nonprofits in the world that supports individuals with disabilities. I also had the honor of serving as the first person in Rutgers' history to be elected on the National BIG Association of BIG Ten Students Board (ABTS), representing 14 BIG Ten Schools and over 500,000 students across the nation on issues ranging from college affordability, mental health, and sexual assault. Through my work, I was able to attend briefings at the White House, Department of Education, was featured on USAToday, and was selected as the Student Keynote Speaker for the United Nations International Campaign, HeForShe, launch at Rutgers. My past experiences include being a Resident Assistant, an Aresty Research Assistant, an Equal Opportunity Fund Scholar, a Front Line Leaders Academy Fellow with the Young Elected Officials Network, and served as a Rutgers Scarlet Ambassador.
