Between the main activities:
- Run the training game simulation for the ‘Project Planning Management and Control’ & ‘Managing the Multi-Project/Programme Environment' modules. This ‘Project Management Exercise’ is a team-based simulation exercise in which the students are organised into teams which are tasked with planning and managing a project from start to delivery. The project has requirements in terms of a deliverable, a timescale and a target profit.
- Assessment and grading for students' final module assignments.

Senior Graduate Teaching Assistant

I am part of the Project Praxis group in WMG-University of Warwick. My research will identify the barriers and enablers to implement and efficiently use Project Data Analytics (PDA) in project delivery organisations. It will examine in detail aspects that are causing the biggest issues to PDA adoption and how to overcome them.

Postgraduate Researcher

Consultant and co-investigator for a study commissioned by the Oakland Group to determine the barriers and enablers for the adoption of Project Data Analytics in large infrastructure projects. 
I conducted a Delphi study in which I first created a questionnaire and then facilitated an online event with a panel of Senior experts in the project delivery and data industry with more than 500 + years of experience combined. Among the organisations involved were the main infrastructure clients, consultancies and the Government of the UK. 
Our research findings were published in a practitioner report endorsed by the Infrastructure Projects Authority of the UK.

It is a NPO that seeks the integration of students, recent graduates, and young entrepreneurs of Civil Engineering and Construction in Jalisco, Mexico.
This non profit organisation is committed to the dissemination of technical and scientific knowledge of engineering through the organization of various courses, workshops, events, and conferences.
Likewise, we ensure the correct exercise of the public and private construction projects of the entity; convinced that to change the current situation in our country we must get involved in the decision-making process.

First as an intern and later as the lead of the department of costs and budget estimates for a construction SME. 
I have managed to contribute to the continuous improvement of the company; from the analysis of unit prices and work control to the image and advertising strategies of the company.

Among the main activities carried out are:
• Analysis of unit prices by means of specialized software.
• Preparation of construction work budgets for industrial floors, central concrete barriers, mezzanine casting, hydraulic concrete pavements, and road projects.

Director general para el Congreso Interuniversitario de Ingeniería Civil en su segunda edición, organizado por el Colectivo Ingenieros Jóvenes de Jalisco A.C. Este congreso tuvo como finalidad la difusión del conocimiento técnico y científico de la Ingeniería Civil englobado en tres grandes temas: Estructuras, Hidráulica y Vías Terrestres. Nuestra meta principal fue la de vincular a las 13 universidades que ofertan la carrera de Ingeniería Civil en la zona metropolitana de Guadalajara. Se contó con conferencistas de renombre local y nacional; así como funcionarios de gobierno.

I am a civil engineer with industry experience in the construction costs estimates area. I have a master’s degree from the University of Leeds in international construction management. Currently, I am doing a Ph.D. at the University of Warwick and I am a researcher of WMG’s Project Praxis group. My research is looking at the barriers and enablers for the adoption of project data analytics by project delivery organisations.

I am a two times Ph.D. research grant award winner from the Major Projects Association.  

I am willing to continue developing a professional career by involving myself with the working team of organisations in which I could contribute with my knowledge and experience to the continuous improvement of it. I am interested in being part of projects of great economic and social relevance, and always focusing on the sustainable use of natural resources.
