With over two decades of work experience in sales and management, I am passionate about empowering small and mid-sized businesses and nonprofit organizations with LinkedIn solutions and expertise. As the Senior Director of Mid-Market Sales at LinkedIn, I lead a team of high-performing sales professionals who help clients and hire and develop the best talent. I also serve as Board President at Mission Graduates, a nonprofit organization that supports youth and families in San Francisco to achieve their college and career goals. In my previous role as the Director and Head of SMB Sales for Talent Solutions, I grew LinkedIn's SMB segment in the US by 35% year-over-year, exceeding revenue and customer satisfaction targets. I also launched and scaled several strategic initiatives to enhance the SMB customer experience, such as the SMB Champions Program, the SMB Sales Academy, and the SMB Customer Advisory Board.
