Out of nearly 1,000 companies, 12 were selected to receive Seed Investment from 500 Startups. Decompris was one of them. Decompris was established to offer shoppers the widest selection of products and brands through partnerships with dozens of providers across LatAm. It served as both an e-commerce aggregator and an online decision-making process enhancer.

I was responsible for product development, marketing strategy, and customer acquisition. Led a group of 4 developers, 1 SEO specialist, and 3 content creators.

•	Raised seed-capital from 500 Startups.

Defined marketing investment size, media mix, and customer segmentation to boost user growth. Led the local customer lifecycle management (CLM) department. Oversaw the performance of online acquisition channels (FB, Google, Email Marketing, Push Notifications, etc). Participated in the production of TV campaigns. 

•	Reached 12 million monthly visits.
•	Launched the content marketing channel, resulting in USD 400K savings versus TV campaigns with similar results. 
•	Increased number of users by 4% through the release of new customer lifecycle treatments.
•	Implemented innovative digital marketing strategies to reduce the online user acquisition cost by 53%, from USD 15 to USD 7.

Iterated prices considering the demand elasticity in each category. Evaluated the performance of digital marketing products to reduce the cost per acquisition. Participated in the production of TV campaigns. Analyzed the NPS for each country in the region and suggested actionable plans. Allocated USD 3.0M-3.5M in TV/radio campaigns and USD 1.0M-2.0M in online campaigns per country per year. 

•	Achieved user annual growth rate of 40% (Mar16/Mar15). 
•	Achieved +10% average weekly user growth in TV campaigns and +5% in online campaigns.
