Held responsible for 380 people, fully accountable for the areas of Research and Development, Software Engineering, Project Office, Sales, Marketing, Financial Administration, IT and Human Resources. Main achievements: complete company transformation, covering new brand name, headquarters location and competence profile, with remarkable revenue growth and 50% savings in man-hours costs.

I took a leading role at the build-up of the Research & Development Center in Indaiatuba, recruiting nearly 500 engineers. Manager of the Lawful Interception Product Unit (fixed and mobile telephony – GSM, TDMA, CDMA – 3G), working with international security agencies and set-up of RDS (Residential Services) Design Unit.

Worked as Production Manager and Operational Leadership Development Manager at Ericsson, in my role as Plant Manager for the Containers - Radio Base Stations and Power Systems Unit. I was responsible to move the factory from S. B. Campos to S. J. dos Campos.

Project Manager of EGTP (Ericsson Global Traceability Project) for Latin America, a global project conceived to standardize all manufacturing and automation processes for products with traceability specifications. Also responsible for the introduction of the bar coding system in the Brazilian plants, reducing the manufacturing lead time by 19 days, and NPIs at the plant.
