I am currently pursuing a master's degree in People Management and Organization, building upon my background as a graduate in International Management with a focus on International Entrepreneurship (Business Innovation). I have a keen enthusiasm for delving into the strategic aspects of HR and its practical applications. My professional experience encompasses various facets of HR, including recruiting, personell planning, team coordination, training and development, and employee relations. I'm passionate about this field and always eager to explore new avenues for personal and professional growth.
