Look@ is a revolutionary photo service that enables attraction owners to capture and monetize visitor selfies through an innovative sculpture, boosting revenue and enhancing customer engagement.

With a passion for helping tourists capture and cherish their memories, I founded Look@ as the world's first selfie sculpture company. Our fully autonomous and solar-powered sculptures allow for easy and memorable photo-taking experiences in front of iconic tourist attractions.

In addition to traditional photos, our sculptures offer Augmented Reality options and the ability to send printed souvenirs anywhere in the world. We have already facilitated over 100K photos at our locations in Croatia, Switzerland, Portugal, Dubai, and Poland.

At Look@, we are not only innovating the way tourists take photos, but we are also building a smart city tourist guide platform that promotes city history, educates tourists, and controls crowds around popular attractions.

Promet Split is a publicly-owned transportation company, with the majority of shares held by the City of Split and the remaining shares by other surrounding cities. Our mission is to provide reliable and efficient public transportation to our communities.

As the transportation industry evolves and is disrupted by private players such as Uber, our company has faced challenges with outdated processes and fierce competition. In order to remain competitive and thrive, we are currently undergoing a major restructuring effort.

As a member of the Supervisory Board, my role is critical in overseeing and guiding the Board of Directors to achieve our goals. We are dedicated to implementing innovative solutions and strategies that will allow us to better serve our communities and compete in the marketplace.

During my tenure, I had the privilege of participating in an intensive three-month program focused on accelerating our company's growth. Through this immersive experience, I gained invaluable insights into the Hungarian business landscape and connected with a diverse array of mentors and business leaders.

We were proud to be selected as one of the top 20 finalists in the Aceler@Tech Tourism accelerator program. Over the course of three intensive months, we focused on accelerating our company's growth and expanding our solution to Portugal. Along the way, we had the opportunity to connect with influential mentors and business leaders in the Portuguese business landscape.

The program culminated in an exciting final exhibition and pitching competition where we were thrilled to receive recognition as the third most innovative solution in the tourism industry.

We were selected as one of the 10 finalists of the INTELAK Tourism accelerator. We went through an intensive three months program, focusing on accelerating our companies growth and bringing our solution to Dubai.  We got familiar with the Dubai business landscape and met a lot of great mentors and business people from Dubai. 
Now, we are a part of their alumni network which gives us great connections and opportunities in Dubai.

Empirica Ltd.

As a co-founder of Empirica, I oversaw the company's primary business of apartment rentals and sub-rentals for tourists, as well as the provision of various experiences such as trips, parties, education, domestic food and drinks, and other activities.

Additionally, I played a key role in the mechanical construction projects division, where I was responsible for both designing and building projects. Furthermore, I led the development of various business plans, market plans, and market research initiatives for the company.

Through my leadership at Empirica, we were able to achieve significant growth and establish a strong reputation in the tourism and construction industries.

Teaching institute of public health

The Teaching Institute for Public Health Split is a reputable medical institution that provides essential public health services to the citizens of Split-Dalmatia county. These services include epidemiology, health ecology, microbiology, school medicine, prevention of addiction, public health gerontology, and mental health care.

In my role as Chairman of the Supervisory Board, I demonstrated leadership by expertly conducting board meetings, ensuring that all members participated effectively in discussions and decision-making. The Board was responsible for supervising the work of the Board of Directors, including reviewing and approving financial statements, CEO reports, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

As a Board, we were tasked with providing valuable insights to the CEO about the company's strategic direction and making recommendations on key business matters. Our contributions were critical to the successful implementation of the Institute's goals and objectives.

As a hardware/software startup CEO and patent-holder, I’ve led projects from concept to market—building my company around Selfie Sculptures, which I’m still actively developing and expanding, and successfully selling across 3 continents. I now consult startups on strategy, product development, and patent applications.

With a background in engineering and a passion for psychology, I bridge logic and emotion—whether in storytelling, marketing, or sales. I’m also one of the founders of the Salona Gladiators Basketball Festival, where sports, community, and innovation come together.
