Belgrade Business International Case Competition

BBICC is the first Eastern European Business Case Study Competition organized by the Faculty of
Organizational Sciences, Center for Business Case Study of FOS, Case Study Club part of BCA SEE, and Business Case Association Southeast Europe. Twenty teams from the world’s
most prestigious universities and business schools will gather to solve real business problems given by
renowned companies. The key values that BBICC offers are challenging cases, relevant knowledge,
cultural diversity, impeccable organization and unique culture of Serbia.

Main responsibilities:
● Being in charge of selection and management of the Organizing Committee of 24 students,
divided into 6 teams: External Relations Team, International Affairs Team, Marketing &amp; Public
Relations Team, Event Team, IT Team, Case Team
● Coordinating communication between Organizing Committee members, contest participants
and Managing Director of Belgrade Business International Case Competition
● Creating agenda for all teams of the Organizing Committee, providing guidelines for all team
members, assisting and supervising tasks execution
● Planning budget and tracking allocation of expenses
● Providing complete end to end project management within budget
● Managing project evaluation and follow-up of the event
