Hello, my name is Luke, and I am thrilled to share with you who I am. From a young age, I was always the ideas guy in the house. I loved to create things, and my toolkit of a roll of MacGyver tape and some blue tack was always close by. Today, I'm still a big kid, which has allowed me to stay a creator at heart. I'm a devoted husband and father, and I've spent the last 25 years managing hundreds of staff across multiple locations and countries in high-risk, fast-paced industries. My experience has taught me that all businesses are, at their core, "training companies." For the past 15 years, I've been studying and recording data on human behaviour while testing and searching for interventions and strategies to find the elusive "sweet spot" in business. The better you can train/support/empower your team the better the outcomes for everyone. I am excited to share that I have created The Multiply ME System, a new SAAS product that has the ability to save countless hours, increase profits, and support staff with on-hand video communication to ensure everyone is on the same page, safe, and the company can deliver consistent work standards. The Multiply ME System launched in late 2022 and has already taken off rapidly, with businesses of all sizes seeing tremendous benefits from its use. I am proud to have developed a solution that can help businesses overcome their biggest challenges and achieve their goals.
