Responsible for development, strategic direction and management of blockchain-related products within the Cudo ecosystem. Planned and prepared the launch of CUDOS token (www.cudos.org) powering the company's decentralised cloud computing platform Cudo Compute (www.cudocompute.com).

• Responsible for smart contract development. Produced requirements and managed development of token (ERC-20), staking (ERC-900) and vesting contracts on Ethereum
• Responsible for implementation of the token including token model validation, metrics, token allocations and vesting schedules
• Managed scoping, design and validation of the token model
• Worked with the engineering team to architect and scope a distributed cloud platform
• Responsible for the overall token roadmap and future integrations with other blockchains

Managed the product development process from identifying user needs to developing feature sets and deployment. Managed web3 products from their inception, user testing to MVP, beta launch and public release: from 0 to 100,000+ users in just over one year after launch.

Duties included strategic planning, scoping platform requirements, tokenomics design, whitepaper writing, technical paper writing, smart contract development, company set up for token issuance, managing external suppliers (developers, agencies, lawyers and market makers), liaising with Tier 1 exchanges and developing token launch strategies.

I'm a firm believer in Web3 technologies and decentralisation.
