Acting as one of the main creative and driving forces establishing SYBO's employer brand  from scratch on platforms such as Linkedin, Instagram, Twitter with an average of over 96 reactions per post on Linkedin.

Spreading the SYBO word by attending recruitment fairs, doing public speaking (channelling my inner Steve Jobs!) and hosting in-house events at our awesome SYBO studio in the heart of Copenhagen.

Working on a fast-paced volume desk, sourcing suitable candidates for high-profile clients, including top-tier banks such as Barclays and Santander and respected blue-chip companies like GlaxoSmithKline and Direct Line Group.
Worked on a number of desks, including Risk, Compliance, Operations and Accountancy gaining a well-rounded knowledge of all areas.
The roles recruited for includes Risk Analysts, Risk Managers, Qualified and Part-Qualified Accountants, Compliance Officers and Operations Analysts. 
- Communicating with potential candidates via telephone and email to gauge their suitability for the roles, developing strong interpersonal and negotiating skills to be able to negotiate day rates.

- Using analytical skills to be able to highlight the important information in the job specification and be able to use this as the basis for finding the correct candidates. 

- Being responsible for overseeing the onboarding process for workers, ensuring that they had completed all compliance documentation and chasing any outstanding documents. This involved the handling of confidential and sensitive documents, including banks statements, passport details and visa regulations. 

- Attending candidate meetings to allow the correct assessment of candidates, ensuring that they are sufficiently prepared for their interviews to ensure the best chance of success in the interview. In addition to this, using these meetings to increase industry knowledge and gain information into the structure and functions within financial institutions.

- Using industry knowledge to provide my clients with market updates and providing rate benchmarking
Responsible for candidate attraction using a variety of different methods including using LinkedIn, candidate referrals, online advertising.

- Working alongside on-site delivery teams to ensure that every vacancy is resourced in line with set deadlines whilst building and maintaining effective working relationships with senior managers
