As a Regional Program Director, I spearheaded business development and client service efforts for both new and existing clients, while also serving as the Regional Head for Prudential Employee Benefits Program, Enterprise & SME Businesses in Asia & Africa. During my tenure, we successfully launched the employee benefits program in the Philippines. 

I collaborated closely with product teams to ensure the smooth delivery of IT solutions and managed various communication channels. My strategic input extended to marketing, training, and design elements, where I contributed to shaping the company's messaging and tone of voice.

As part of my marketing activities, I led the launch of our LinkedIn and Instagram Social Media Channels. I also overhauled the company's product messaging to make it more engaging and effective. Additionally, I managed a highly successful PR media campaign, which generated over 100 pickups across PR Newswire's APAC Business News Distribution Circuit, reaching a total audience of over 12.5 million people.

As a Communications Manager for Standard Chartered Bank's Anti-Money Laundering project, I played a key role in developing and delivering an internal communication and engagement strategy that supported the successful implementation of a strategic anti-money laundering monitoring solution across 33 global markets. This was accomplished while working closely with the Financial Crime Compliance team to ensure seamless integration and effective execution.

My efforts helped to ensure that all stakeholders were informed and engaged throughout the project's lifecycle, enabling us to achieve our goals and deliver results that were both effective and compliant with relevant regulatory requirements.

As a Community Programs Executive for Optus, I ensured the integration of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) practices across the organisation, establishing Optus as a leader in responsible business practices. My focus was on giving back to the communities in which we operated, both locally and internationally.

In this role, I successfully managed and implemented various programs, including Employee Workplace Giving and Volunteer Programs, Singtel/Optus Overseas Volunteering, and mentoring vulnerable youth in partnership with the Australian Business Community Network. Through these programs, I strengthened key business partnerships and increased employee engagement nationwide.

Furthermore, I created compelling internal communications content to promote Optus' CSR activities, supporting our efforts to positively impact the communities we serve. Overall, my efforts as Community Programs Executive contributed to the company's success as a socially responsible business.

As a Campaign Manager - Customer Communications at Vodafone Australia, I played a pivotal role in the consumer business, delivering and executing effective marketing campaigns to the customer base. My focus was on creating and implementing retention offers that helped retain existing customers while also developing bespoke campaigns such as handset launches and supporting sponsorship properties.

One of my proudest accomplishments was creating money-can't-buy experiences for customers at sponsored events, including the Australian Cricket Team and The Voice Australia. Working closely with sporting and entertainment celebrities, I was able to inject creativity and excitement into the campaign development process, resulting in a truly unforgettable experience for our customers.

Campaign Manager - Customer Communications

As the Vodafone Foundation Manager, I was passionate about creating meaningful and sustainable change in the community. I worked on a range of programs, including World of Difference, App Aid, Young People Connected, Employee Volunteering, and Workplace Giving, that were all designed to align with the Foundation's core objectives of community impact, people engagement, and customer admiration.

One of my most notable accomplishments was being involved in the World of Difference program, which offered individuals the opportunity to work for their chosen charity for a year, fully paid. I also helped implement App Aid, a program that supported the development of mobile apps that had the potential to create a positive social impact.

Throughout my tenure, I fostered a culture of social responsibility among employees and customers, and I am proud to have played a significant role in promoting Vodafone Australia's commitment to corporate social responsibility.

Vodafone Foundation Manager

As the National Project Manager, I managed the visual merchandising (VM) setup of marketing materials for new Vodafone stores. It was my responsibility to ensure that all materials were on brand, on time, and delivered flawlessly every time, across a total of 210 stores nationwide.

I oversaw a comprehensive program of work that included reviewing all store floor plans and VM layouts, along with value engineering and volume procurement of all VM materials (local and overseas). Additionally, I worked cross-functionally with the Marketing, Operations, and VM Field Force teams to ensure that accurate campaign point-of-sale and display materials were delivered to stores in a timely manner, ready for setup on the first day of trade.

I was able to achieve exceptional results, improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the VM refit process while ensuring that all materials were of the highest quality and delivered to Vodafone's exacting standards, all while improving the customer experience in Vodafone stores across the county.

As the Event Manager, I worked on a dynamic branding experience for BP Ultimate at prominent Shopping Centre locations in Sydney and Melbourne. My key responsibilities involved overseeing the seamless execution of customer activation events, while also leading and managing a team of promotional staff employees to meet the required targets of the event branding experience.

In addition, I prioritised the safety and well-being of all team members by effectively managing all OH&S requirements and implementing necessary measures to ensure a safe work environment. Through my strategic planning and hands-on approach, I successfully delivered a memorable event experience that was well-received by both the client and customers.

As the Local Sponsorship and Events Manager at Bankwest, I played a crucial role in supporting the bank's retail marketing objectives for new store openings on the East Coast of Australia. My responsibilities included developing and implementing a range of engaging events both in-store and within the community, managing sponsorship activities including supporting the Australian Olympic team, and creating effective sales promotions such as Home Shows that supported the bank's products and sales.

I took a proactive approach to ensure the success of these initiatives, collaborating closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop tailored solutions that effectively targeted key audiences. 

Furthermore, I oversaw the delivery of a range of merchandise, which played an essential role in driving customer engagement and business into new retail store locations. I ensured that all events and promotional activities were delivered to the highest possible standards, achieving measurable results and contributing to the overall success of Bankwest's retail marketing strategy.

As the Special Events and Community Fundraising Manager at Multiple Sclerosis Ltd, I was responsible for managing and creating a variety of special events that raised crucial funds for people living with Multiple Sclerosis.

My role involved developing and executing unique events that engaged new donors and supporters, including celebrity events, gala dinners, and international trekking and cycling events conducted throughout Asia. 

I also engaged with community groups associated with running events supporting the MS Society. Through my collaboration with these groups, we successfully created and delivered events that brought together individuals and businesses from various backgrounds to support our cause.

My role as the Special Events and Community Fundraising Manager required strong project management skills, excellent communication, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and community groups. I was able to achieve significant fundraising results through my strategic planning, attention to detail, and passion for the cause.

As the Fundraising Coordinator on the MS Outdoor Events Team, I spearheaded the planning and execution of various events, including the Sydney to Wollongong Bike Ride, MS Walk and Fun Run, and MS Horseride.

I took great pride in ensuring not only the success of the events but also in encouraging participation in fundraising activities to support individuals living with Multiple Sclerosis. To achieve this, I engaged with individuals, businesses, and teams to secure their support and involvement in our cause.

It's been an incredible ride managing B2B and B2C strategies, projects and events on both local and global scales.

Deep down, I've always had this burning desire for something more. The spirit of entrepreneurship has always been alive within me, urging me to create something meaningful and impactful for myself. So, after nearly three decades of experience in marketing and communications, I have taken the plunge and started my own content marketing agency.
