I make business video production fun, not a ball-ache! In life & business it's really important to me that I'm able "to help, train & support people so that they are able to create a better life for themselves and others” in all that I do. Before I started Clout I'd always been involved in customer service throughout my professional career so I'm well versed at listening to what a potential customer is looking for and then finding an appropriate solution. Whatever job I was doing I'd do all this whilst having fun and building great rapport and relationships with prospective customers and clients alike. Do you like public speaking? I know I do. I think I'm one of the rare few who actually like the idea of public speaking and as a huge fan of business networking as I enjoy presenting to audiences in an interactive and engaging style. CPD is important in all aspects of like and as such I'm constantly studying new techniques, technologies industry changes within my niche for new content and ideas. Like Buzzwords? Buzzwords that have been used by others to describe me have included ambitious, thoughtful and a dedicated individual who strives to meet his objectives in any scenario. At my last job interview I was told that I "had character". To this day I still don't know what he meant but I got the job! My primary focus now is to help businesses and individuals wherever I can with addressing their video marketing needs. This is first and foremost based on finding out what the client’s message is that they want to get across to their audience then putting forward the technical solution to meet & deliver their needs.
